We're open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency pharmacy services - call (929) 387-8111 anytime for urgent needs.

Where are you located?

We're located at 68-28 Myrtle Avenue, Glendale, NY 11385. We're easy to find with free parking available on Myrtle Avenue and surrounding streets.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome. No appointment necessary for prescription drop-offs, pick-ups, or immunizations.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept my insurance?

Yes! We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, and many more. We'll verify your coverage and let you know your copay before filling your prescription.

What if my insurance doesn't cover my medication?

We'll work with your doctor to find alternatives or apply for prior authorization. We also help find manufacturer coupons, discount programs, and other cost-saving options to make your medication affordable.

Do you price match other pharmacies?

We strive to offer competitive pricing. If you find a lower price elsewhere, let us know and we'll do our best to match it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, insurance co-pays, and electronic payments. For personal injury cases, we also handle workers compensation and no-fault insurance billing.

How fast can I get my medications?

Most prescriptions are filled in 15-30 minutes. If you're in a hurry, call ahead and we'll have it ready when you arrive. We also offer same-day delivery throughout Queens, NYC, and NJ.

Can I transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy?

Absolutely! We make it easy. Just call us at (929) 387-8111 or fill out our online transfer form, and we'll handle everything with your previous pharmacy. You don't need to go back to your old pharmacy.

How do I refill my prescriptions?

You can refill online through our website, call us at (929) 387-8111, or visit us in person. We also offer automatic refill reminders so you never run out.

Do I need to bring my old bottle when refilling?

It's helpful but not required. Bringing your old bottle helps us verify the medication and dosage, but we can look up your prescription in our system if needed.

What if my prescription has no refills left?

We'll contact your doctor on your behalf to request a refill authorization. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Is delivery really free?

Yes! We provide completely free prescription delivery throughout Queens, NYC, and New Jersey. There are no hidden fees, delivery charges, or minimum order requirements.

How quickly can you deliver?

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver free throughout all of Queens, NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island), and most of New Jersey. If you're unsure if we deliver to your area, just call and ask!

Do I need to be home for delivery?

For most medications, yes, to ensure proper receipt. However, we can arrange secure drop-off locations with your approval. Controlled substances require signature upon delivery.

Immunizations & Vaccines

Do you offer immunizations?

Yes! We provide flu shots, COVID vaccines, shingles vaccines, pneumonia vaccines, tetanus, hepatitis, HPV, meningitis, travel vaccines, and more. Walk-ins are welcome!

Do I need an appointment for vaccines?

No appointment needed! Walk-ins are always welcome during our regular business hours. However, you can call ahead if you prefer to schedule a time.

Are vaccines covered by insurance?

Most vaccines are covered by insurance at no cost to you, including Medicare Part B and Part D. We'll verify your coverage before administering the vaccine.

What should I bring for my vaccination?

Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID. If you have a vaccination record card, bring that too so we can update it.

Is there an extra charge for 24-hour emergency service?

No! There's no additional fee for after-hours or emergency service. We charge the same price whether you call at 2 PM or 2 AM. For personal injury cases, emergency delivery is fully covered. For other patients, standard delivery fees and insurance copays apply regardless of time.

What counts as a pharmacy emergency?

Pharmacy emergencies include post-surgery pain medications needed immediately, urgent care prescriptions after hours, critical medication running out on weekends/holidays, personal injury cases requiring immediate pain relief, or any situation where waiting until morning could harm your health.

Do you offer medication therapy management (MTM)?

Yes! Our pharmacists provide complete medication reviews to improve your therapy, reduce side effects, prevent drug interactions, and save you money. MTM is often covered by Medicare and insurance.

Do you handle personal injury pharmacy cases?
